Know that God is NOT the Author of confusion! So, don’t be fooled by those sweet words but venomous motives. Be prayerful as folks come to try to use you or take your kindness for weakness. As you seek God about everything, He will guard your heart & mind from any tricks that satan tries to use on you. God will NOT tell you something that is the opposite of what His Word says or against His character. He will ALWAYS give you confirmation (that lines up with His Word) & give you His peace within your spirit to let you know that it’s from Him. Stop falling for the same of games. Even a depressed person knows how to smile. You never know what a person maybe going through in their life. Some folks know how to hide their pain so good or function while feeling dysfunctional that you could easily miss it. That’s why it’s important to pray for everybody or even ask that person (who “appears to always have it together”) “How are YOU doing?” Don’t assume that you reaching out to them doesn’t mean anything. God may be placing them on your heart because they may really need somebody. So, when you think of folks, don’t question it, don’t hesitate or put it off. Reach out to them right then & there. Really be in prayer about the offers that come your way this week. Although it may “seem” appealing, still talk to God about it. See, God knows your desires, but satan knows them too (sometimes because we make it known). God doesn’t want you fooled or be naïve about anything. That’s why He wants you to consult Him & wants you to do your homework pertaining to any business deals, offers, favors folks ask of you or any relationships that may come to you. Don’t make an impulse decision or go on your feelings. Be strong enough to crack an egg, but humble enough to not destroy the shell. In other words, use wisdom when you’re trying to minister to someone. Talk to folks in love, but…. LISTEN, LISTEN, LISTEN to them. Don’t be so quick to say something that you miss what they’re saying, or miss what God is revealing. Don’t break their trust or their confidentiality. You don’t know what folk had gone through before you showed up, so deal with folks in grace & wisdom.
