Be strong enough to crack an egg, but humble enough to not destroy the shell. In other words, use wisdom when you’re trying to minister to someone. Talk to folks in love, but…. LISTEN, LISTEN, LISTEN to them. Don’t be so quick to say something that you miss what they’re saying, or miss what God is revealing. Don’t break their trust or their confidentiality. You don’t know what folk had gone through before you showed up, so deal with folks in grace & wisdom. Remember, in your “passion” (to help), there should be compassion. #Be your brother’s keeper instead of exposing Victoria’s Secrets! Be blessed! #brotherprater
