Somebody needs to hear this!
Giving someone your forgiveness does NOT mean that you give them your trust. You don’t allow yourself to be used or a walking mat when folks showed you who they really are. Trust is NOT something you give, it’s something that has to be earned. Don’t allow anyone (especially the ones who hurt you) make you feel guilty because you now have boundaries & standards. Remember, the more you understand that’s who they really are, the less you’ll get hurt. Stop making excuses for them & see them for who they are. Be blessed! #brotherprater
