Daily Devotion for September 23, 2020

Somebody NEEDS to hear this!
Jesus always attracted a crowd with Him, but when He was headed to His purpose (The Cross), many of those same folks who were with Him hid, denied Him, abandoned Him, even betrayed Him. My word for you today is… Don’t get discouraged when folks lie on you, abandoned you or don’t support you. You can’t expect folks to see your vision if they don’t have spiritual insight. Some folk will only see you as what you can do for them, who you used to be, what you used to do or what you’ve been through. But that ain’t your problem, it’s theirs. You can’t let that distract you from pursuing what God wants you to do. As you continue to go (regardless if you’re hurt, battered, wounded, or bruised), God will strengthen you & will send loyal supporters at the right time. Meditate on God’s Word & what He told you. Remember, the closer you get to your purpose, the closer you get to know who folks really are! #Don’t Let Comotion Get to Your Emotions! Keep on Pushing! Be blessed! #brotherprater

Don’t waste your time with a player who play games on you! Some folks will only call you when they want something. They ain’t trying to change, they’re just tired of dealing with the consequences of their bad decisions. And the crazy thing is… They know when they call you, you’ll go to their rescue. Listen! Regardless if you’re a parent, minister, good friend with a kind heart or a listening ear, stop entertaining foolishness & stop letting folks use you when they really don’t deserve your help. When they really want to change, they already know exactly what they need to do. Remember, no life coach can help a player if they don’t want to follow the play. #Be a Good Steward with Your Time as Well as Your Money! #Stop Buying Wolf Tickets! Be blessed! #brotherprater

Some folks work harder on repairing their credit than repairing their lives from past mistakes! Boast your emotional credit score by forgiving yourself & releasing your debts to Jesus Christ! Remember, if He’s the Collector who won’t bring it back up, why should you? Be blessed! #brotherprater

Daily Devotion for September 19, 2020

The reason your mountains are hard to climb is because you were never told to climb your mountains. Mark 11:23 says, “Speak to the mountain, “Be removed, be tossed into the sea & don’t doubt!” It’s time to follow what God’s Word says about your mountains! Listen! Life’s too short to deal with the same problems for so long. Start speaking the Word of God to your problems and instead using your energy for climbing, use it for praise! Be blessed! #brotherprater
