Daily Devotion for September 23, 2020

Somebody NEEDS to hear this!
Jesus always attracted a crowd with Him, but when He was headed to His purpose (The Cross), many of those same folks who were with Him hid, denied Him, abandoned Him, even betrayed Him. My word for you today is… Don’t get discouraged when folks lie on you, abandoned you or don’t support you. You can’t expect folks to see your vision if they don’t have spiritual insight. Some folk will only see you as what you can do for them, who you used to be, what you used to do or what you’ve been through. But that ain’t your problem, it’s theirs. You can’t let that distract you from pursuing what God wants you to do. As you continue to go (regardless if you’re hurt, battered, wounded, or bruised), God will strengthen you & will send loyal supporters at the right time. Meditate on God’s Word & what He told you. Remember, the closer you get to your purpose, the closer you get to know who folks really are! #Don’t Let Comotion Get to Your Emotions! Keep on Pushing! Be blessed! #brotherprater
