Imagine going hunting with a water gun. If you confront an animal with a water gun, you’re going to get seriously hurt! Unfortunately, many people meet their desires but are inaffective or don’t maintain it because they are not prepared or unequipped. It’s like someone praying for a raise on their job but they always late. Someone wanting to buy a house, but they don’t fix their current credit. In life, whatever you’re asking God for, you must put forth the effort & do your part to be ready. God blesses efforts. Like the song says, “If you make 1step, He’ll make 2.
