Daily Devotion for April 30, 2024

Somebody needs to hear this!
Never feel like you’ve wasted your prayers on folks. Listen! Even if they don’t change, it is NOT your fault. It doesn’t mean that you didn’t pray hard enough or you lack faith. The key thing to remember is… Everybody have a choice & God will not go against a person’s will concerning themselves. Know that the prayers you prayed for others were actually for you. See, your prayers were for God to help you to accept reality in case they don’t change or for it to not bother you. Regardless if you prayed for your kids, grand kids, kinfolks, etc, & it seems like they still acting careless, continue to keep your faith in God & hold your head up. Remember, any opportunity to talk to God is never a waste. Be blessed! #brotherprater

Daily Devotion for April 29, 2024

Peace is not going to come when things are well or when everybody likes you. Peace comes in the midst of a storm or conflict. See, peace comes based upon how you handle or respond to them. Yes! You can choose to focus on the situation or how somebody treated you, but that would move you from your purpose. You have to remember that misery loves company & misery is the absence of peace. Don’t allow your response to disqualify you from what they lack. Put them in the hands of God, forgive them, walk away from revenge, pray for them, & trust God for the results. As you empty yourself from the venom of your enemies, you’ll be filled with peace & joy from the Lord! #Their problem ain’t your problem or responsible! Be blessed! #brotherprater
