Daily Devotion for May 3, 2016

When you’re on an assignment from GOD, be aware of the devil’s attack or the devil’s retaliation (backlash). Last Saturday night, I was preparing for the Sunday’s sermon. The next thing I know, the house start smoking & I had to run out & call 911. When they arrived, they put out the fire in the house. The following Friday, after I found out I was going to be speaking again at church for this past Sunday, I felt the need to pray for protection. GOD told me, “No weapon formed against me shall prosper!” 15 minutes later, my mom called me & told me that someone shot through her back car window. Those things along with other personal things transpired back to back to back! Saints! When you make up your mind to obey GOD, preach, etc, the devil will try his best to place fear, lies about you, bring attacks, rejections, etc. upon you or your loved ones! We have a REAL enemy after us & there is NO time for playing church or being a part-time Christian while we’re dealing with a full-time devil! This is REAL!! Know that NOTHING will ever happen that GOD hadn’t already prepared or equipped you for! Don’t let nothing stop you or scare you from doing (obeying) GOD! You trust & obey GOD in EVERY situation! Don’t worry about your enemies. You be the person of integrity & character that GOD made you, forgive them & put them into the hands of GOD! Know that the fight you’re fighting is fixed! VICTORY is ALREADY YOURS!! Be encourage in your walk with GOD! HE WILL carry you through ALL that you’re dealing with!!! Your fight is almost OVER!! Be blessed! #brotherprater
