Daily Devotion for Wednesday September 3, 2025

Imagine a football team where the coach is a gifted sprinter, the waterboy is a 6″ 5″ powerlifter, the quarterback is 6’9″ 415lbs, but the offensive & defensive line are all 5′ 3″ 120 to 135 pounds. How successful would that team be? Shoots! That team will have the crap beaten out of them. See, they have the wrong players in the wrong position (Actually, those rascals are in the wrong sport.) In order for that team to be successful, the owner must place the players where they’re strongest in & where they are physically built for the position.
In life, if you’re tired of getting (physically, mentally or spiritually) beaten-up, check the players you have on your team. Are they in the wrong position? Did you assign them a level of trust they’re not qualified for? Is everybody on your team with or against you? Be in prayer for God to reveal the right players for your team. You can’t make it to the Superbowl alone. You need a team & it has to be the RIGHT team! Remember, there is a ME in TEAM, but it’s spelled backward. Break that spell & stop thinking about doing everything by yourself! Be blessed! #brotherprater
