As much as we talk about heart care, have you thought about calf care? Although your calf muscles help you with your posture in standing, balance, provide strength to push off the ground, act as cushion or shock absorber during running jumping & protect the bones & joints, your calf is considered as the 2nd heart of your body. It supplies the blood back into your heart. It acts as a pump to assist the veins in returning deoxygenated blood to your heart. This pumping action assists the circulatory system and prevents blood from pooling in the lower extremities. They work hand-in-hand with your heart, ensuring efficient circulation throughout your body. Now you know the importance of your calf for your physical heart. Those are the same qualities to look for for your emotional heart. Love, respect & trust should be reciprocated. They should be your support, help you to stand & protect you from the enemy. Know that God wants you to take serious thought in the decisions you make concerning matters of the heart. So, choose wisely in who you decide to date/ marry. Remember, educating yourself about the purpose of your calf will help you to choose the qualities of your better half. # Follow God’s Way, not yours. Be blessed! #brotherprater
