No matter what your title, position or responsibilities are…. You have to take care of you! It’s ok to say, “NO!”, it’s ok to delegate responsibilities to others, & it’s ok to admit that you can’t (or unavailable) to do something. Some folks will run themselves to the ground to do everything for others & don’t take care of themselves. Listen! If you’re taking care of everybody else, who’s taking care of you? NOBODY! You must consider your physical, mental, emotional, financial & spiritual health at all times. Know that God wants you to be more responsible for the temple He’s in. Remember, you need YOU!
