Sometimes our lack of understanding will cause us to miss what God has for us or make us have an attitude with someone because we “think” they’re trying to get over on us. Today, pray & ask God for clarity when you’re dealing with folks, keep you focused on the topic of the conversation & help you to have the spirit of discernment to hear what is said & hear what is NOT being said. Don’t let satan make you interpret someone harmless into something harmful. And if you had the wrong understanding, don’t be so prideful that you won’t apologize. Take a step back & thank God that He showed you this now before it was worse or it was too late. Remember, God is NOT the Author of Confusion, but sometimes we are! Be blessed! #brotherprater

When you’re grieving, it’s ok to focus on you. Stop trying to be strong for everybody else when you need to take care of you. I know you try to be accommodating & make sure everybody is ok, fed & cared for, but don’t forget about you. Assign responsibility folks in the roles you’re trying to fill & allow God & those who love you to take care of you during this time of grief. Don’t refuse the help that we try to give you. Daniel 6:24 talks about Daniel being placed into the lion’s den. Now, it’s one thing to be sent to your enemy, but it’s a whole set of problems to be sent into your enemy’s territory. Don’t worry about where you have been or where you’re at right now. Your enemy’s presence is NO threat when God’s Presence is with you! You just stay obedient to God & His Word & trust where God is taking you. Know that where God SENT you was NOT a death SENTence! But He sent you for Him to do something mighty through you & for you!
