God wants you to do more than just survive the storm. He wants to help you to have VICTORY in the storm. See, you can survive a storm, but lack a quality of life after the storm. That storm could have a mental, financial, emotional or even spiritual effects on you that could change you forever. It might make you bitter, emotionally detached, discouraged, your perspective about life could change, etc. But God has an abundant life for you. God wants to remove every residue of what the storm caused, restore what was lost or damaged, give you wisdom, revelation, reveal your purpose & give you a powerful testimony with it. Don’t just settle for the storm to be over, while you have not recuperated from it. God is the Lord of all healing, restoring & wants to make you WHOLE after, even during your storm! Be blessed! #brotherprater

Thinking outside the box is actually you removing yourself from other folks’ limitations. Understand that most creative folks & entrepreneurs are often considered weird, crazy, misunderstood or just plain out of their minds. But don’t let that discourage you! Sometimes God will give you information for things that were never heard of or that’s considered out of this world because He trust you with it. Imagine, if Jesus would have told folks that He was gonna use spit (out of His own mouth), to put it on that dude’s eyes to heal Him. Shoots! They would have thought that He was crazy. But 1 Corinthians 1:27 reminds us the God uses the foolish things to shame the wise. Regardless of what your pursuing, don’t let bad advice stop you from pursuing a good idea that came from a great God. Remember, you ask God for your purpose, now He gave it to you, why are you listening to them? Be blessed! #brotherprater

I know it seems like you just can’t reach that person or make them understand. Everytime you try to talk to them, it ends up becoming a big argument. Sometimes you say, “Forget it!” You don’t wanna even deal with them. You’re sick & tired of the drama. Stop what you’re doing & start pray now! There may be a spiritual or emotional interference that may be blocking the communication. Now, along with praying for them, make sure you pray for yourself. See, just because you pray for them, that does NOT mean that they will change, but those prayers will help you not to let them affect or get to you if they don’t change. Regardless if it’s your kids, babymama, babydaddy, spouse, kinfolks, coworkers, kinfolks, church folks, or (just in case you couldn’t hear me) kinfolks, let Jesus be the mediator in every situation. He will set the scene, the timing & give you the verbiage in what to say, what NOT to say & how to say it, so it could be received or (in case that person rejects you), the responsibility doesn’t fall upon you. You just be responsible for you doing the right thing. Be obedient to what God told you, so He can deal with them instead of you. Be blessed! #brotherprater
