Don’t let sarcasm from a smiling friend or family member be mistaken as a compliment or just a “little” joke. Listen to what a person says, but more importantly, spiritually discern what a person ain’t saying. You can’t immediately place your confidence into folks because they maybe secretly jealous or envious of you. That’s why you MUST consult God before you call someone a friend or give them your trust. Don’t take it personal when God show you who (or how) folks really are. Sometimes it takes you being bless as an opportunity for God to reveal how folks really feel about you.
