Daily Devotion for December 27, 2021

I’m gonna say it anyway!
Just like the word LOVE is an ACTION word, so are the words “I’M SORRY!” Don’t be fooled by a person’s words when their actions never changed. A true apology is a CHANGE of behavior, attitude, mindset, openly confess their wrong doing or hardship they caused & will compensate you for it. Now, if they say that they repented to God & that’s enough, they are as WRONG as a 3 dollar bill! Matthew 5:24, clearly states that folks got to get it right with others BEFORE they go to God. Ask God to give you His wisdom & discernment in dealing with folks who offer a heartfelt apology or an evil selfish motive one. Remember, just because you accept their apology, doesn’t mean you have to give them your trust. #Sorry, sometimes mean their apology is sorry (& pitiful)! Be blessed! #brotherprater
