On the 7th day, everything in creation was already completed & God rested. Now, He didn’t rest because He was tired. He rested because everything was finished & for our example on what to do. In life, no matter what position, title or ministry you have…YOU GOT TO GET SOME REST! Taking a break to rejuvenate or recharge is an IMPORTANT part of your life. Without rest, you will burn yourself out or drain yourself mentally or physically. Lack of rest is like running an old computer with an old system without updating it. Well, your mind is like that computer & your reaction will become slowed down or shutdown. And DON’T FORGET HOW IT WILL EFFECT YOUR BAD ATTITUDE! Enjoy God’s creation by taking yourself on a date, go get a massage, go to the park & chill!
