It’s better to have 10 warriors than 50 cowards. Check the quality of the folks in your circle. Your choices in who you select or remove shouldn’t be taken personally or motivated by your feelings. This is STRICTLY BUSINESS! You MUST have folks in your circle with equal (or greater) passion, work ethics & commitment as you. Allow God to show you who to choose & who to avoid. Know that the folks you choose represent you. Always conduct yourself professional & with Godly wisdom so you won’t be deceived by smiling faces or a pat on the back.
