As the N.F.L.Daft approaches, use the same methods in your life. Give a raise (show appreciation) to those who’s been faithful, supportive, protects you, those with integrity, who give their all & trade or cut those who drops the ball, bring or creates drama, those who don’t contribute anything but want everything, & who are high risk for your team! Be prayerful during tryout practice. Rely on God’s decerning spirit to help you see who can make the cut. Build your team with Godly quality people then your team will be MAJOR in the league!
