Sometimes strong folks get tired of being strong, they get tired of being the bigger person & they get tired of keeping their feeling & hurt to themselves. But regardless if others don’t acknowledge it, YOU HAVE PERMISSION TO LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD! Noone has the right to deny you of your healing. 1st of all, they ain’t in your shoes. Secondly, this is NOT a sign of weakness or lack of faith. You’re grieving, hurt, disappointed or just need a release. For your physical, mental, emotional & spiritual health…. LET IT OUT! Allow God to use this moment to bring you the comfort you desperately need. Don’t be ashamed of you getting the help you need. You are HUMAN & God has provided the help you need to get through this with the community He has built for you. Remember, we are our brothers & sisters keepers. Be blessed! #brotherprater
