I walked into my job in a warm environment, I had on a t-shirt, turtle neck, work shirt & a jacket. The nurse took my temperature and it was 98.5. The moral of this story is… No matter what you’re dealing with, what people put upon you or the steamy atmosphere you’re in, God can help you to keep your cool. Don’t let who the devil is offering you, distract you from who God is “trying” to send you. God knows your desires, but so does the devil. The devil will use you’re vulnerability to send someone who will take you out of God’s plans for your life. See, the devil will use your GREATEST TOOL to become your GREATEST WEAKNESS against you…… YOUR EMOTIONS! Your Emotions will make you feel like you’re stuck, or you HAVE to help them get save or a better person, or accept them so you won’t be lonely, or everything happening bad is your fault or if you do more for them, things will get better. Listen! It’s NOT your responsibility to help them be a better person, to proof yourself or be their physical or verbal punching bag! No matter how good of a person you are, you can’t change a bad boy (or girl) to become a good man (or woman). Move your attention from you & them BACK to you & God! Let God help you to stop settling for less than who you deserve. No matter what kind of Lexus logo you put on a Ford truck, the truck was still make by Ford & only uses Ford parts! Somebody needs to hear this!
As I was watching the news, I saw many people who were classified as “nonessential” without work because of this coronavirus. A few minutes later, a commercial advertised workers were needed for this company IMMEDIATELY! This company is classified as “ESSENTIAL” & was ready to put folks to work during this coronavirus. That short commercial ministered to me that while some folks may look at you as unimportant, invaluable or “nonessential”, there are others who will appreciate you when given the chance. See, situations or hard times will not only reveal your character, but it will also reveal the importance you are to others. Don’t worry about when people reject or don’t appreciate you. God will ALWAYS send someone who see you & treat you as ESSENTIAL! #God Got You! Be blessed! #brotherprater
