Nighttime Devotion for October 31, 2016

Don’t let anything or anybody get you soo stressed that it stops or hinders your sleep! Empty your hands of your problems & grab your pillow for quality rest! Sweet sleep & perfect peace are yours when you turn all your concerns over to God!!!

Daily Devotion for October 31, 2016

Never change from who God made you to become who people want you to be!! Some people want you to be their fictional character within their fictional world, but God created you a FACTUAL person with a purpose & plan in mind! God made you one of a kind! Someone can look like you, dress like you, act like you, but they can’t be YOU! Even identical twins have different D.N.A. & fingerprint. Allow God to give birth to the gifts & talents that He placed within you. Remember, to be noticed is to be different! That difference can only come from knowing who you are in Christ, not in others!

Daily Devotion for October 30, 2016

Praise God as if He already answered your prayers! Your praise is the postage stamp sent to heaven for God to send your blessing to you on earth!!! Hallelujah!!!

Daily Devotion for October 29, 2016

On the roads of life, you may travel some dark areas or sharp turns that require your high beam lights. Your high beam lights with help you & those who are following you (your supporters) to see farther ahead & at a wider range. But those who are going the opposite path will discourage you from having your high beams on. In life, you can’t listen to those who are going the opposite path as you (or those who are not going anywhere). Realize, when others tell you that your high beams are a distraction, they are focused on your business & not theirs. Your high beams may be your focus, discipline, or belief in your skills. God has gifted you with your OWN will & mind. Never allow others to stop you from using a gift that God had placed in you, to make it to your destination!!

Daily Devotion for October 28, 2016

Don’t let the busyness for God make you miss the business of God! You may be stretching yourself thin working within the church or ministries thinking you’re doing a good job, but you’re burned completely out & ineffective! You can become frustrated within ministries or church responsibilities! You’re may be doing a good thing but you feel a bad way. 1st, ask yourself… Did you pray about it before you started it or did you think you should do it because it’s for the church or the ministry? Even though you mean well, you may be doing something that God did NOT authorize YOU to do! Sometimes people are moved by their emotions instead of God Spirit. Trying to do more doesn’t get you more SAVER or closer to God. It just means you trying to do everything, you’re bored or you don’t know how to tell people NO! Listen! You can’t do EVERYTHING! What you think you want to do, may not be the task God wants you to do. Seek God in every thing & He will tell you YOUR assignment that will build you up, not tear you down! #Don’t do a job God made for someone else!

Daily Devotion for October 27, 2016

Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall, Humpty Dumpty had a great fall.

All the King’s horses, And all the King’s men

Couldn’t put Humpty together again!

In life, your enemies, family members, coworkers, or church members may try to build your identity based upon your past or broken piece in your life. Just know God has the FINAL say! Although your fall may have been great, your RE-build will be much GREATER! God has trashed the broken pieces of your life & has given you a NEW body, mind & heart that knows NO PAIN, NO HURT, NO FEAR, NO REJECTION or anything that looks like your PAST! The NEW you will outlast any weather temperature or incident that may ever come your way! You are a BELOVED child of God & will reach your purpose! Thank God for the NEW you with a NEW focus!

Daily Devotion for October 26, 2016

When you’re watching a baseball game, there are players (such as 1st, 2nd, 3rd basemen, outfielders, catchers, etc) scattered all over the field. Each player has their own responsibility & area to cover throughout the field to catch the hit ball, no matter where the ball goes. If all the players were in 1 area, there would be chaos, confusion & ineffective in catching the hit balls. They must stay in their assigned areas to shut their opponents down. In your life, you may feel isolated from others, feel alone or out of place. You may even feel that God doesn’t hear you or He doesn’t care. Know that God had placed you RIGHT where He wants you to be at! You moving from your location may prolong the game or make you lose. God knew that you could handle any “flyball” the devil hits your way! He promised you that He would not put more upon you than you’re able to bear. God would not had sent you on the field if He didn’t believe that you could handle THIS game! Don’t allow impatience, fear or frustration make you move or take matters into your own hands. Be obedient & patient! Remember the instructions God already gave you. Be encouraged & know that THIS game is ALMOST over!  Victory is ALREADY yours! satan is going to be shut down!
