Don’t allow your hurt to make you miss your Help! You may be confused or feel like you don’t know what to do or who to trust, but don’t let that distance yourself from God or those who (genuinely) love you. When you’re hurt by someone you loved or trusted, it make you want to put a DO NOT ENTER sign near your heart & mind to everyone (including God). That’s how satan works! He wants YOU to cut off ACCESS to be rescued by God. Forgive yourself for trusting the wrong one, forgive them & ask God to help you learn & grow from this experience. Regardless if the trust was broken by a spouse, friend, family member or whomever else that you respected or held close to your heart, don’t let it change you into someone you’re not. Remember, even bitter herbs can interfere with medications. Don’t let bitterness interfere with the healing God has for you! Be blessed! #brotherprater

If you were experiencing chest pain or dizzy spells, you would rush to the hospital. Well, if you would get help for their physical body, use the same urgency for your mental or emotional being. Why risk getting the help you need because some folks are ignorant of professional help? Many Believers are missing the help God has given them access to because some folks are telling them that they lacking faith or they’re not trusting God enough. Listen! God has ministrying representatives in every aspect of life (Including Professional Counseling). Don’t allow shame or the opinion of others make you miss getting your breakthrough you need.
