Daily Devotion for Friday July 4, 2025

I bought these chips. Inspite of this bag having some delicious chips, half the bag was air. But regardless of the air, my focus was not on the air, but on my delicious chips. In life, the things you desire may come with “air”. But don’t focus on the “air”, focus on the “chips”. Let God help you with the bitter/sweet moments of life that come with your blessings. Remember, He will fill your heart with joy where “air” tries to appear. #Disclaimer! This is NOT promoting staying in an abusive relationship. Bitter & poison are 2 different things! Be blessed! #brotherprater

Daily Devotion for Thursday July 3, 2025

The same care that a person receive when they get a physical wound is the same care (if not more) that they need with an emotional wound. See, grief is an inner cut that you can’t put a band-aid on. The recovery time is different from person to person & situation by situation. Allow yourself time to process the grief you’re dealing with (without judgment or negativity from others). Regardless if it’s a death of a loved one, a death of a relationship, etc., allow Almighty God to comfort you in His arms as your process this “new” norm of life! #He is the God of All Comfort! Be blessed! #brotherprater

Daily Devotion for Tuesday July 1, 2025

Somebody needs to hear this!
Allow God to lead you to the folks you’re supposed to serve or help. See, serving to the wrong folks will leave you frustrated, stressed & drained. Be obedient to the task God has for you. Remember, as much as you love to help folks, everybody is not assigned to the table to be served by you! #Stay in your assigned area! Be blessed! #brotherprater
