Circumstances, conflicts or crisis will expose a person’s true character & identity. Stop giving general admission people V.I.P prizes. Everyone is NOT deserving of something of great value. Learn to be patient, then place boundaries & criteria if you want to stop being hurt or used. Remember, a person will only do what they’re allowed to do. No matter what your title, position or responsibilities are…. You have to take care of you! It’s ok to say, “NO!”, it’s ok to delegate responsibilities to others, & it’s ok to admit that you can’t (or unavailable) to do something. Some folks will run themselves to the ground to do everything for others & don’t take care of themselves. Listen! If you’re taking care of everybody else, who’s taking care of you? NOBODY! You must consider your physical, mental, emotional, financial & spiritual health at all times. Know that God wants you to be more responsible for the temple He’s in. Remember, you need YOU!
