Don’t let your problems or worries keep you up. Allow God to rock you to sleep. He promised us sweet sleep & rest for our soul. Now, if God is keeping you up, then He wants you to pray for a particular reason or (because of your busy schedule) that may had been the opportunity that God could get your full attention to talk to you. Whatever the reason of you still being up, obey the leading of God & consult with Him. He will reveal the purpose & give you quality rest.
