Stop giving your parachute to people who are pushing you out the plane. It’s time you watch those folks you’re trying to help! Some of those same folks you’re trying to help, are waiting until you’re vulnerable to use the mess out of you. Sure, everybody have hard times, BUT some folks are causing their own hardship & will drag you down into their mess & won’t pull you out when they become free. Be prayerful, use wisdom, & start examining the folks you’re trying to be Captain Save Ya to. To the inactive fathers, MAN, COME ON! YOUR KIDS NEED YOU! Don’t let your personal feeling of their mother(s) make your actions cause your kids to suffer because of your absence or attitude!
To the fathers who are receiving hardship because of the kid’s mother, DON’T LOSE HOPE! Do your part (legally & morally) & look forward to the day that this drama ends!
Regardless if you’re the biological or step-up father, this is your day to be celebrated. Embrace it ’cause you deserve it!

STOP BEATING YOURSELF UP!
Just because you forgive them doesn’t mean you have to take them back. Just because you forgive them doesn’t mean you stop seeking justice. Just because you forgive someone doesn’t mean the consequences for their actions are removed. Forgiveness is NOT for them, forgiveness is for you & your state of mind. Forgiveness simply means that you’re choosing to NOT allow that person (or their actions) to control your life or infect your soul. Forgiveness is NOT depending upon if they ask for it or deserve it either. Listen, don’t let folks manipulate you or make you feel guilty that you do not want to give them that level of trust, relationship or friendship again. Just because you’re a Christian doesn’t mean you let folks use you! If they broke your trust or have harmed you, you have a LEGAL & BIBLICAL RIGHT to NOT trust them AGAIN. Even if you’re a victim of a crime, forgive them, but STILL PRESS CHARGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW!
