Don’t allow people’s title or position in ministry make you feel like they are superior or better than you. LISTEN! We ALL are DISCIPLES! A Disciple is a LEARNER of Jesus Christ NOT of the person with a title or position. Sometimes those with title may become jealous because they see others that God is using & they may become threaten thinking that you’re going to take their position or “spotlight”. Listen! Learn your identity in Christ by seeking & worship Him not man, then you’ll see how much God had invested into YOU! Imagine, having sex with someone & you begin to talk like them, act like them, think crazy thought like them, pick up every bad habit like them. How would that make you feel? Well, some people only think about the physical risk of sex (pregnancy, S.T.D.) but there’s a SPIRITUAL risk called SOUL TIES! See, not only your bodies are coming together, but your souls are too. You have to remember that human beings are the ONLY creature that God created that is BOTH body & spirit & there’s a spiritual transfer between you too when sex is involved. Oh! Don’t think it’s a good thing. Because the sex (before marriage) is outside of God’s will, if you’re starting your relationship based upon sex, then your relationship is starting with a sinful foundation. If you noticed, there are some folks you were sexually involved with years ago that you can’t stand! It seems like you could be having a great day, thinking about beautiful thoughts, then all of a sudden, they pop up in your mind & it ruins your day. That’s because you’re emotionally (soul) attached to them. This is the day that God wants to cut all your soul ties. 1st, ask Him to forgive you, then you forgive yourself. No longer carry any shame, embarrassment or guilt. Allow God to heal you of every broken pieces in your life to become Healed & Whole! It’s not too late to have a New Beginning! You said your man ain’t abusing you, ain’t cheating on you, ain’t disrespecting you, didn’t steal from you, but all he does is showers you with love & affection, pay the bills, takes care of your kids, while your children’s father does absolutely NOTHING! So, what’s the problem? Ohhh! The problem AIN’T him, the problem is YOU! See, you’re listening to those crazy lonely women who are in a miserable relationship or no relationship at all! Just because they man ain’t no good, doesn’t mean YOUR MAN AIN’T NO GOOD! The women you’re getting your advice from or who are telling you to leave your man, are the same ones that are praying for a man like YOURS. If you had to deal with someone like yourself, you’d go crazy. But your man deals with all your foolishness & attitude but STILL wants to be with you. Gurl, WAKE UP & SMELL THE BURNT COFFEE! You know you got a good man! If you’d direct your focus to fight for your marriage instead of fighting against it, then your marriage really would be something awesome. That is mission work called the Mother Teresa syndrome & Goodwill or the Salvation Army will gladly assist them. Listen! If you try to pursue those kind of relationships, it is exposing some insecurities within you. You feel the need to be needed, validated or want to be important in somebody’s life.
