If a bird lives in the air & a fish lives in the sea, if the bird & fish get married, where will they live? As strong as their feelings (emotions) towards each other may be, they can NOT change the other’s nature for it to fit them to live. The same is said for people. You have to accept that some people are NOT fit for you to date or marry. Study the environment of where the person (& their family) dwells (that’s spiritually, emotionally, mentally, financially, etc) & see is it taking you out of habitat. I know some people may say, “Well, all things are possible through Christ!”, BUT He DIDN’T say ALL things will be DEFINITE! Use wisdom concerning LOVE! My 12 year old son wanted to talk to me about what was on his little heart. After he finished talking, he felt better because he talked to his daddy, but I felt helpless because it was beyond my abilities. So after he fell asleep, I went to the next room to talk to my Heavenly Daddy & felt better. As fathers, we may be used to fixing or solving things, but as much as we hate to admit it, we are limited & don’t have all the answers. BUT THANK GOD we can hand over our problems & our childrens’ problems to our Heavenly Father, who can fix ALL our problems AT THE SAME TIME!
