When I really understood Jesus love for me, I realized I had no need to: FEAR, be INSECURE, feel HELPLESS! His love COMPLETES me! The JOY & PEACE I searched for, I found in Him. I no longer feel ALONE. He is with me & has given me a future beyond I could imagine. If you do not have Him in your life, I want to introduce you to Him. Jesus is more than a friend, He is Savior! It’s bad for people to say negative words about you, but it’s worse to say negative words about yourself! Self inflicted wounds are harder to heal because the person continues to do it while justifying why they are doing it. Their self esteem is so low, they will reject complements from others while accepting negative words from others or laugh at jokes where they are the punchline. That’s not the character God wants His children to have. It distorts your view of your & who God really is. Know that there’s life & death in the power of the tongue. Yesterday, I stopped at the doctor’s office. While everyone was preoccupied, I saw a spider & killed it. An hour later, I drove to a restaurant. When I saw the lady in line in front of me, I looked at the ceiling & saw a spider approaching her head. I killed that spider too! In life, God may have you at a job, in a family or at a church where you’re the only person who sees a problem & cares about fixing it. Although it can be very frustating or lonely feeling, know that God has equipped you for that task. You will be able to handle it WITHOUT STRESSING YOURSELF OUT! God will show you how to care about it WITHOUT risking or damaging your heart. Don’t rely on your own ability in this situation. Listen & trust God’s method of handling it & you will be VICTORIOUS!
