Daily Devotion for May 24, 2017

No matter how great of a cook you are, if a person is already full, they won’t accept your food. Wait until they are hungry (not when you want them to eat), then your food will be welcomed & enjoyed. No matter if you have the right words or advice for a person, if they are angry or arguing, you’re wasting your time with your words. Pray & wait for the right timing to serve your words, so your words would be welcomed or recieved & the outcome would be pleasant to their soul & yours. Be blessed!

Even as ministers (Pastors, Bishops, Apostles,Evangelists, etc), if you’re not healed from your own (past or present) pain, your ministry will operate from the place of hurt instead of healing. Then you could hurt others folks within your ministry! Although it may not had been on purpose, church hurt can damage a person & leave a deep scar that may cause them to run from the church! Ministers! It’s OK to admit that you hurt! It doesn’t make you less than a minister or Christian to acknowledge your hurt. If the hurt is not treated, it will produce bitterness, unforgiveness, & contaminate or destroy you or your ministry! Receive that SAME Word from God you minister to others & let it minister to you so you can operate in LOVE! May you be strengthen & recharged, in Jesus’ Name, Amen! Be blessed! #Hurt Ministers create Hurt Ministries!
