Daily Devotion for March 1, 2017

The other day, I was walking out of a building when I looked at the corner of the door & saw a snake in my path. I immediately kicked the serpent outside & stepped on it. I felt the thick snake still moving, so I placed all my body weight on the snake & rapidly rubbed it on the ground until it was broken in pieces. I didn’t want to just kill the snake for myself, but to protect the other people who may follow that same path I took. In life, when you’re stepping into NEW TERRITORY, expect a snake to be at the doorsteps to make you change your mind. There may be the snake of fear, your enemies, your past, insecurities, hurt, doubts, etc. There’s NO time to be scared! You have a purpose to pursue, a goal to fulfill & a path to set for others! Stay focused, rely upon God, & put that serpent where he belongs…. UNDER YOUR FEET!!!  #Crush the devil’s head! In Jesus’ Name, AMEN!!!!
