Daily Devotion for February 7, 2017

The MORE you SEEK God, the LESS you CARE what people think about you. The MORE you RECEIVE what God says about you, the MORE you’ll REJECT what people says about you. The MORE you concern yourself with the doors God has open for you, the LESS you concern yourself  with the doors people “try to” close on you! People can say or do some painful things & YES, it’s OK to admit that it hurts you (It doesn’t mean that you aren’t a Christian either)! The key thing to remember is… You don’t allow what people say or do define who you are. God already established your worth, value & your identity! Why go on the opinions (or treatment) of others when God’s FACTS is what matters? No one can or will stop what God has for you, but YOU!!

Daily Devotion for February 6, 2017

You never change your identity for someone else. You date someone who will love & appreciate you just as you are! True love is when someone loves you for who you are NOW, not who they want you to be (or who you may become)! You are a human being not a science project. If you date someone who wants to change you it’s not called a relationship, it’s called MISSION WORK. Also, it shows that you’re desperate & lack trust in God! Know who you are in the eyes of God! Wait patiently for someone who will not only LOVE you, but LIKE you too!

My GREATEST Gain came from my GREATEST Pain! What the devil meant to hurt me, God used it to HELP me! No matter what other people may “try to do” to hurt you, your character, or blessings, let God handle it, PRAY for your enemies & LEAVE IT ALONE! In due time, God will fix everything IF you don’t get involved!!! #I Gave it to God & HE WORKED IT OUT!!!

Daily Devotion for February 4, 2017

If you don’t forgive those who hurt you, you will hurt those who would have never hurt you. Hurt people hurt innocent people & if the innocent is not healed, they become bitter then hurt other innocent people. It’s a cycle that the devil thrives upon to infect the people, the families, & the church! Stop the infection by IMMEDIATELY giving your hurt to God & FORGIVE those who hurt you! Early detection is important! Give your hurt to Jesus! He’s the ONLY CURE!

Daily Devotion for February 3, 2017

When a child is in school, he or she is in the custody, care & protection of the school (School District). It is the schools responsibility to provide for the needs of the child. Even as the child gets picked up at the bus stop, regardless if they have not made it to their destination, they are still under the authority, protection & care as if they were in school. On this Christian journey, you don’t have to wait to get to your destination (Heaven or your church) to receive the protection or care that you need from God. He will provide your needs, cover you & guide you in your daily walk. Trust Almighty God! God will take  care of you!! #Just Get to the Bus (Get to Jesus) & you’ll make it to your destination!

Daily Devotion for February 2, 2017

If the seed of life comes from a man, the seed needs the man to maintain its life. A child is the seed of the father who needs the father ACTIVE in his/her life. Financial support is good, but not enough! The child needs quality time, communication, structure & love invested by the father. Regardless of whose soil you plant your seed in, your seed (your child) needs your attention. You may not like or want to deal with the soil (the child’s mother), but in order to nourish your seed, you have to treat the soil. No matter the conditions, give the soil good food & it will reach you seed. Father! Allow your seed to grow to a beautiful flower by giving it what it needs! You are the gardener God has entrusted with your seeds. Seek the wisdom of God to help you ALWAYS! No flower can survive without the root & no child can survive (or function properly) without the father!!

Daily Devotion for February 1, 2017

Don’t look down upon yourself because you may not be as (Spiritually) stronger as others or haven’t been saved as long as others. LISTEN!! God is NOT comparing you to other people. YOU ARE!!! Spiritual insecurity will make you feel that God has favorite (special) people or He loves other people more or better than you. Get this in your head… GOD LOVES YOU THE SAME AS OTHERS!!! Also, don’t let other people spiritually bully or intimidate you! You seek the Word & approval of God, NOT people! Remember, you have the SAME access to God (through Jesus Christ) as the pastors, evangelists, apostles, etc. Regardless of who you are, what you’re struggling with, God loves you & wants a closer relationship with you! As you seek & obey God, your focus will become more on Him & less of them!!!
