Daily Devotion for December 25, 2016

You may not get the exact gift that you want or have that “Special Person” to receive a gift from, that doesn’t mean that you’re not important. You may have been that one who listened & encouraged someone who was about to give up, gave money to someone who was losing their home, fed someone who had no food, helped a family deal with the death of someone. Think about what YOU are to others. You give JOY, HOPE, ENCOURAGEMENT, & LOVE which is not available in stores or online. So, don’t feel sad by what you didn’t get, what you don’t have, what you couldn’t get for others, or discouraged because they didn’t respond the way you wanted them to. If the gift of you can introduce them to the TRUE GIFT (JESUS CHRIST), then you’re fulfilling your gift to the world!!

Daily Devotion for December 23, 2016

Although there are days when it rains, the sunshine on the other days dries up the rain. If God can use the sun to dry the rain, He can use THE SON to heal your pain.

To the single women: When you seek Him, then you’ll see him! God will reveal the man after His own heart when you can learn & recognize God’s heart! It will save you from unnecessary heartaches & sleepless nights when you do things God’s Way! Ask God to prepare you for him! The phrase God will not put more upon you than you’re able to bear is not just about problems, but blessings too. Seek Him (God) & he (your future husband) will FIND YOU!

Daily Devotion for December 20, 2016

To your parents, you’re just your mama (or daddy) baby. To your children, you’re just their A.T.M. To your siblings, you’re JUST their peanut head brother (or sister). To your family, you’re that relative who they call when they want something. In your neighborhood, your past mistakes are what everybody always talk about everytime they see you. Depending upon who you ask, there may be different answers about who you are. No matter who they are or what others say, you NEVER base who you are, your identity, worth, or value from other people. See, people can be selfish, judgmental or opinionated. You can help someone for years & then you tell them no 1 time, they will talk about you like a dog. That’s why you base your identity from the eyes of God, not people or your circumstances. God made you in His Image & Likeness, not their’s. He saw your potentials even when you or others didn’t see it. He knew your past, BUT He also knew your FUTURE! Don’t concern yourself in trying to prove or live for others. Some people will only see you as who you are to them, not who you are to Him (God)! Life’s purpose is revealed when you know who He is & He will show you who you are!

Daily Devotion for December 19, 2016

Many fashion designers look for famous people or celebrities to wear their clothes to promote their clothing line. To get the endorsement of famous people or celebrities will give the clothing line its identity & worth. Soon, the public would want to purchase the clothes because they want to be just like the celebrities. The key rule is… It’s not the clothes that make the man valuable, it’s the man that makes the clothes valuable. As Christians, we MUST ALWAYS remember, we are NOTHING without God! Every gift, abilities, talents comes from God. We should never brag on ourselves or think we are better than anyone else because of a gift or ability. It’s the Holy Spirit within you that gives you the ability to do it. God made all of us & He loves us all EQUALLY! The things that you are able to do, is NOT really you nor is it ABOUT you , it’s about GOD! For HIS glory, NOT YOURS!!!
