Daily Devotion for October 8, 2016

Trying to communicate with someone who doesn’t speak your language is difficult. You would need an interpreter. The interpreter may not be available when you need them. Also, you have to trust that they are saying everything that you want said. The best thing to do is to learn the language & culture for yourself. Not only you wouldn’t have to rely upon someone being available, but you would be able to express exactly what you want said. In life, you may depend upon others to go to God for you (or on your behave). Know that God wants you to know Him & go to Him directly! No one can express to God your needs & desires better than YOU! Don’t allow fear, insecurity, your past or current failures make you feel that you ain’t good enough to go to God! Truth be told… NONE OF US ARE GOOD ENOUGH!! Don’t even let any person make you “think or feel” that you have to go through THEM to get to God! God has given YOU direct access to Him (Through the Blood of Jesus). No human being can take YOUR place of who you are to God! God doesn’t love any one person more or greater than another! You ARE precious in His eye & He wants to hear from YOU for HIMSELF!

Daily Devotion for October 7, 2016

You may feel like God doesn’t care about you, He’s not listening or He’s punishing you because your prayers aren’t answered. You can’t base God’s love for you upon your situation! God’s love for you is not influenced by your past mistakes or your attitude. God’s love is not like man’s love. God’s love does NOT change! Realize that the problem may not be an unanswered prayer, it may be your patience, insecurity, fear, you’re not ready for it, or He answered it differently than you desire, but you won’t accept it! Ask God to help you forgive yourself, see yourself as He sees you & not on your situation, or how others treat you. No longer ask people for A Word” from God. Just REMEMBER & TRUST the Word that God ALREADY gave you!

Daily Devotion for October 6, 2016

Yesterday, as I was driving to get my son, I felt the need to drive on the opposite side of the highway than I normally drive. A few minutes later, I saw a truck speeding, hit the brakes & smash the back of a car & the car hit another truck! My normal & comfortable path had an accident, delay & road blocks, but my uncomfortable path (that God led me to) was what led me to my destination SAFELY! In life, you may be in an uncomfortable path. The path may be unfamiliar & lonely. Know that if God led you to that path, it IS for your GOOD! God may be blocking you from the devil’s plans to stop your blessings, your purpose, harming you or destroying you! You may have been use to support from family & friends, but NOW, they turned their backs on you. You might be feeling isolated, rejected, or alone. The path is so  uncomfortable, you want to make a U-turn… Remember, KEEP MOVING FORWARD! Realize, that uncomfortable path is leading you to your DESTINATION (PURPOSE)! God wouldn’t had led you there if He thought you were going to fail or fall. He equipped you for that journey before you started it! Remember, He said, “He would NOT put MORE upon you than you could bear!” He promised to never leave or abandon you! Give Jesus the wheel when you feel overwhelmed! He will comfort you during your travel & get you there safely! I speak a word of encouragement, endurance, peace & focus! I bind the distraction, mind games & accidents the devil may try to bring! You WILL make it SAFELY! I decree it, in JESUS’ NAME, AMEN!!!!

Daily Devotion for October 5, 2016

If you were by a cute cuddly baby bear at the zoo & beside you was a HUGE sign that read DON’T FEED THE ANIMALS, would you still feed the cute little baby bear? Regardless of how adorable the bear may be or how hungry it appears, you must OBEY the sign DON’T FEED THE ANIMALS! Wisdom tells you that.. It’s NOT your responsibility to feed the bear, it may be on dietary restriction & you will be liable if it gets sick (or dies). As cute & innocent as that baby bear may be, it may be manipulating you & playing upon your emotions. Ultimately, just do as you’re told… DON’T FEED THE ANIMALS! In life, you may face situations that you feel emotionally attached to. You can’t make impulsive decisions! See, emotions & feeling can change or blind reality & wisdom! Satan knows how to play with your emotions & manipulate you to do something that you will regret, second guessing yourself or beat yourself up for the rest of your life! Seek God in every area & choices in your life. He will give you His discerning spirit to help you to see beyond your feeling & the devil’s traps! When situations appear & your feeling are involved, look up & read the sign (in God’s Word)… DON’T FEED THE ANIMAL (satan)!!!

Daily Devotion for October 4, 2016

There are reports that secondhand smoke can do harm to other people. It consist of the “sidestream” smoke given by the cigarette & the smoke exhaled by the smoker. When a nonsmoker is in the atmosphere of smoking, the nonsmoker now has the smell of the smoke upon them. Spraying cologne or perfume will not remove the smoke. The only sure way of being smokefree is to STAY AWAY from the environment smoking. Secondhand GOSSIP causes more damage than secondhand smoke! It pollutes your spiritual lungs with poisonous fumes of judgmentalness, makes you look at others differently than how God sees them, contaminates your spirit & mind with negative & other things unlike God. Secondhand Gossip will steal your joy & peace at the moment of contact. Why entertain foolishness from people? If they will talk to you about others, they will talk to others about you. If someone is going through a problem & you enjoy the gossip about that person, that reveals your level of maturity & lack of love towards others! You may not be the one who started the gossip, but you’re Guilt by Association. The next time somebody wants to tell you some gossip, tell them, “Let’s Pray!” Let’s do more PRAYING for folks instead of PREYING on folks!!

This letter is being delivered to families, workplaces & churches!

Daily Devotion for October 2, 2016

In order to understand the skin problem, we must 1st address the SIN problem! Hate is a SIN! There is NO race or position greater than the other! God loves us all EQUALLY! My ancestors are NOT from Dallas, Mississippi, or Africa, but HEAVEN above! Made by GOD, our REAL Father!!
