Daily Devotion for August 20, 2016

There are some household products that tell you in case someone drinks it, induce vomiting while other products tell you NOT to induce vomiting. The reason? Some products could do more damage to the throat or some products could produce a foam or vapor & block the airway. The key rule is learning what kind of poison you’re dealing with & taking the necessary steps to rid your body of that poison. In life, there are poisons, toxics or negative people that you may have digested into your life. You might have met them through other people, at your job, in your family or in your church. Know that each person & situations are different. Don’t try your own method & risk causing further damage into your life or others. Ask God for specific instructions in ridding that poison from your system, Once and for all!

Daily Devotion for August 19, 2016

Just because God does not move at the pace that you think He should is not the time (or reason) to take matters into your own hands or go back to being the person you use to be. God’s love for you is not based upon Him doing something for you. He already done enough! God waking you up this morning was enough, God sending His Son Jesus was MORE than enough. He’s been there for you when no one else cared. He has forgiven you of all your sins & gave you a fresh start. God has been too good to you for you to go back. Think about it, if you give up on God, who would you go to? The devil wants you to think that going back is easier, but he won’t remind you of the consequences, heartaches, loneliness & trouble you were in that only God could have gotten you out of. Don’t abandoned the loving God who will never abandoned you! He really cares & has your best interest in His heart!

Daily Devotion for August 18, 2016

God told me to tell you that you ALREADY made it to your destination, you’re just waiting at the baggage claim! All the blessings & things you’ve been praying about are inside your luggage. Don’t be impatient & lose your place or walk away before you receive your luggage. Just because you don’t see your luggage doesn’t mean the curvature belt quit working. It would be a shame to walk away as your bags are coming down the curvature belt. You don’t have to pray for God to send it. Pray that God help you to BE STILL & WAIT until your blessings comes.

Daily Devotion for August 17, 2016

The caterpillar is an insect that crawls but its ability to fly is developed when the muscles that were used to fight in the cucoon is used. The caterpillar may enter the cucoon but it comes out a butterfly. God never desired the caterpillar to die in the cucoon. He made the caterpillar with the ability to come out! Like a caterpillar in a cucoon, you may feel enclosed, enprisoned or alone in your situation, but know that you WILL come out but you got to keep fighting! Know that God is with you right now! Like the butterfly, not only when you come out you’re going to have the ability to fly, but you won’t look like what you had been through! You’re going to be better & look better after this cucoon!

Daily Devotion for August 16, 2016

Although it may be hurtful, don’t focus on who didn’t support you, who left you when you needed help or who used you. God will allow a person’s true character to be revealed BEFORE your blessings come. Sometimes we create a circle of people who we want to share our blessings with or we think that they will celebrate with us. But God allowed the “Real them” to be exposed BEFORE your blesses came so they wouldn’t contaminate or destroy it. See, regardless if they were your friends, family or church members, God looked beyond their smile & saw their jealous, controling, gossiping, lying heart (motives). Know that God loves you enough to “Trim the fat” out of your life, use the fat for grease to cook the meal for the table prepared in the presence of your enemies! He will send people to your table who really loves & supports you! #Do you smell what the REAL Rock is cooking!!

No more the hard rains or high winds, God will carry you to safe! Although you had to shed some tears & the hurt was deep, the pain is almost over. Take comfort in knowing that God had NOT forgotten about you! This storm will pass sooner than you think! Be encouraged!
