Daily Devotion for July 14, 2016

No matter what title you have at church (musician, choir member, minister, pastor, bishop, etc), you’re STILL daddy, mama, husband or wife. Never be so busy that you put activities in front of your family. That is your 1st ministry. Your title does not give you permission to miss your child’s recital, taking your spouse out on a date, or movie time with your family. Quality time is the best visual & verbal ministry you can give them. Always have a health balance in whatever you do. Remember, the church comes from your home. When your family thrives, your ministry & church thrives.

Daily Devotion for July 13, 2016

Don’t give up! If you give up, you will throw away the effects & progress you’ve already made. This may have you outside of your comfort zone, but this may develop inner & spiritual growth. If you give up, you may regret it! Although you want to throw in the towel, your will wants you to keep fighting. Ask God for the strength, endurance, & encouragement to keep fighting for what you desire. Tough times don’t last, but tough people do. DON’T GIVE UP!!! ‪#‎You‬’re closer to the finish line than the start(over) line!

Daily Devotion for July 12, 2016

This was on me to tell you… Do NOT make your decision until you hear from GOD! Examine everything in detail in the subject matter. Don’t be naive, impatient or so desperate that you make an unwise choice that you will regret. If you feel pressured or rushed to make a decision, be aware… That ain’t of GOD! Anything (or anybody) that won’t allow you time to pray & examine things ain’t of GOD. GOD is not the author of confusion. HE doesn’t hide anything. HE is very open, forthcoming & crystal clear. Today, if you are in a dilemma & have to make a choice, choose to pray, wait on GOD to tell you what to do!

Daily Devotion for July 11, 2016

Jesus promised that HE would never leave or abandon you. That promise is not if bad or uncomfortable times come but WHEN bad or uncomfortable times come. You are not alone in the situation you’re in. In fact, Jesus is not only with you but HE wants to carry issues. Never fear when trouble comes. Although you may be alone, you’re NOT alone!!
