If a person has trash or something to throw away, they look for a trash can because it belong in it. If a person (or people) constantly going to you with gossip or other people’s business, check out what kind of sign you’re displaying (or giving off). You have to shut folks down IMMEDIATELY when it comes down to foolishness. As long as you keep your mouth shut about not telling people you don’t want to hear it, they will not only keep going to you with it, but they will refer others to you so they can unload their crap on you. When you take a stands, watch how others start respecting you, more time you’ll have, less stress you’ll have & how much peace comes to you. The quickest way to shut somebody down in their tracks is to tell them….LET’S PRAY!!

Daily Devotion for January 8, 2016

In a marriage, it’s easy to do things for your spouse when they were appreciative or in good times. But your true character is tested or revealed when they are NOT appreciative, when they don’t say thank you, etc. Don’t be discouraged or change your character. Realize that you are not responsible for their response. If you made them a hotdog & they threw it on the ground, don’t sweat that. When they start having some missed meal crap & get hungry, they’ll think about that hotdog they threw on the ground. See, you don’t allow their foolish or childish behavior to rub off on you. Somebody has to be the adult in the marriage. Know that GOD wants to come to the rescue in your situation on your behave but YOUR reaction depends upon it. Take courage that GOD will bless you because you did the right thing (regardless of the outcome). Your efforts may appear to be a waste or useless, but know that ALL will come to light in the RIGHT time! Don’t stop what you’re doing. Rely on GOD’s POWER & WORD to strengthen you. HE will not let you down!

Daily Devotion for January 7, 2016

If you don’t have complete peace or still wrestling with the decision you’re about to make, then DON’T DO IT!! GOD is telling you to think twice before you do (or agree to) something you will later regret. Be prayerful about every decision in life. After you pray, WAIT for GOD’S response! When GOD response & you do it how HE told you & when HE told you to do it, HE will assure you with HIS peace & an abundance of joy within your spirit. No longer leave GOD out of your plans. If GOD ain’t in it, it will fail.

Daily Devotion for January 6, 2016

If you want to know how everybody knows your business, it’s because someone in your circle is leaking your information. Be aware of friends with enemies’ tactics. They are friendly with you when you all are alone, but when your enemies are around, they act differently. They also constantly ask you many questions about your business or secrets as if they’re concerned, but will use it to blackmail you for their gain. But a TRUE friend is concerned about your soul & your overall well being. They will protect your integrity & reputation. In times of trouble, their 1st response is not to gossip or talk about you, but to pray! They’re there with you in good & uncomfortable times. Don’t be so desperate to have people in your life & allow just anybody in your life without checking their character. Ask GOD for the discerning spirit to detect true friends.

Daily Devotion for January 5, 2016

It’s easy to blame others for your mistakes (or problems), but true growth (maturity) is birth when you confess & own up to your part in the problem. Allow your character to be produce (& reveals) by acknowledging your part & say… I’M SORRY!
