When folks bring up your past or your mistakes, tell them.. That’s who I was, NOT who I am! Regardless who wants to bring up your past, Jesus covered all your mistakes.

Daily Devotion for January 29, 2016

We must get back to pray & fasting! Fasting (no food or juice) breaks strongholds & strong grips of satan. Fasting strengthens your spiritual body & allow GOD’S WORD to minister to you or give more insight. You won’t regret it!

Daily Devotion for January 28, 2015

Imagine a judge making you wear all your clothes 8 times too big or go to jail for 10 years, what would you do? It would put you in an awkward position because you are ordered to wear clothes you can’t fit. Now do you understand how children feel when we as adults (especially parents) put them in situations too big for them. Kids don’t need to be involved in adult conversations or matters. Let a kid grow up as a kid! They are in the middle of their mama & daddy fights, the parents are talking about each other to the kids, etc. Society puts enough stress on the kids with peer pressure, subliminal messages (contents) on TV & music. Let’s begin to pray for our kids, monitor what we say to (& around) them, say encouraging words & show more love. Love & listen to kids. They are important too!2

Daily Devotion for January 27, 2016

We all have regrets or made mistakes in our lives, BUT you MUST FORGIVE YOURSELF! Stop beating yourself up! The devil don’t want you to forgive yourself so you can go back to your mistake or who you use to be instead of who GOD wants you to be. Listen! Don’t allow your past to become your identity. No longer allow yourself to be the prisoner in the jail cell called THE PAST. GOD (the RIGHTEOUS JUDGE) has sent the keys (through HIS’ SON JESUS CHRIST) to free you! GOD has forgive you, others have forgiven you, NOW forgive YOURSELF & be FREE!!

Daily Devotion for January 26, 2016

No matter what you do, so it unto GOD! Even if you’re no being acknowledged, do it unto GOD. Regardless if you’re not appreciated at work, at home, within the family or even at church, still do it unto GOD! Be consistent in your work ethics & values. Don’t change your character GOD made you because of others. There are those who are watching you & they are being encouraged by you. In due time, they will come to you to tell you how you were their light in their dark valley by how you carried yourself through your valley. Be encouraged & strengthen by GOD ALMIGHTY! Trust & obey HIM & HE WILL CARRY you through!!! I AM A LIVING WITNESS TO THIS!!! Brother Prater

Daily Devotion for January 25, 2015

If you can look at what you do in life like campaigning for president of the United States. It doesn’t matter who you get to join your campaign, if you’re not endorsed by GOD, you’re running is in vain!

Daily Devotion for January 22, 2016

Imagine being in a relationship where the other person only calls you when they want something. Now imagine yourself getting a call because they just wanted to say hi, hear your voice & say that they love you. Which one of the 2 scenarios is a true, loving relationship? 1 relationship is selfish & the other is selfless. Now think about your relationship with JESUS CHRIST. What kind of relationship do you have with HIM?
