The heartbreaking reality of being a parent, minister, counselor, a friend or caring sibling is to give helpful advice to someone, but they refuse or ignore it. To see the ones you care about in an unhealthy or abusive relationship, a bad lifestyle, or making bad choices can wear heavy on your heart. Today, I want to encourage you. You may not hear the 2 words often, but THANK YOU! Your words, prayers, & love are to be appreciated. May GOD comfort you as you wait for change to come. Don’t give up on your prayers, but don’t give up on living your life! You deserve it!! Be blessed! #brotherprater

I feel the need to pray for the brokenhearted. Those who are or had been crushed in their spirit. Regardless by disappointments, death of a loved one, relationship problems, family issues, bad report from doctors, etc., GOD can still mend your heart. May GOD give you the peace that surpasses all understanding, as you rest in HIS arms. Take comfort in knowing that HE hears your prayers. Be blessed! #brotherprater

Have you ever ran into an ex or someone you had a crush on & said, “Lawd! Thank ya I ain’t with that nut!!” Many times we desire things or people and when it doesn’t work out, (some) feel like it’s the end of the world, GOD doesn’t care, HE didn’t answer their prayers or GOD is punishing them. Listen, GOD’s desires will not pull you away from HIM or stress you out! HE knows the outcome of every situation from the beginning & knows the true motive of every person. Learn to WAIT on GOD for HIS approval on things & people & you won’t be in a situation you’d later disapproval of! Be blessed! #brotherprater

Don’t let the failed outcome of others be your excuse for not pursuing your purpose or desires! Regardless of those around you, how you grew up or what family you’re from, that don’t impact or influence your life. If love didn’t work for others, or their business failed, etc, does not have to be your outcome! Seek GOD for the strength & wisdom to be the person that HE created you to be! Be blessed! #brotherprater

Why say you love them when you really don’t like them? Do you say you love them because you’re making love to them? Love has a clear cut meaning, not an excuse. Love will NOT intentionally cause pain, tears, heartache.
1 Corinthians 13:4-8Amplified Bible
4 Love endures with patience and serenity, love is kind and thoughtful, and is not jealous or envious; love does not brag and is not proud or arrogant. 5 It is not rude; it is not self-seeking, it is not provoked [nor overly sensitive and easily angered]; it does not take into account a wrong endured. 6 It does not rejoice at injustice, but rejoices with the truth [when right and truth prevail]. 7 Love bears all things [regardless of what comes], believes all things [looking for the best in each one], hopes all things [remaining steadfast during difficult times], endures all things [without weakening].
8 Love never fails [it never fades nor ends]. No longer make excuses for that person. If they don’t love you as GOD says, then you don’t have love at all! Be blessed! #brotherprater

If there’s a struggle that’s trying to prevent you from going to church, someone trying to start an argument while you’re getting ready or you’re having 2nd thought about going because of how you’re feeling, that means you REALLY need to be at church. The devil will use anybody (including friends, family, spouse or church members) to get you off court to prevent you from going to church. He wants to frustrate you, discourage you & get into your mind. But GOD is here to minister to your heart! As HE heals your heart, your mind will realize that the devil wanted you to miss THAT WORD that was meant for you!! Pray for strength & wisdom to recognize the devil’s plans to distract you from going to church! Be blessed! #brotherprater
