Don’t carry yourself as what you’ve been through or where you’re at, but where you’re going! GOD changed a man’s name who had no children (Abram) to Abraham which means father of many. Where you are is a temporary place, but where you’re headed could be permanent. Your character displays your destiny, your ethics keep you there. The Bible says the man that finds a wife finds a good thing. That means she wife material BEFORE she becomes a wife. If a man is desiring to be a husband, he should be preparing now before he pops the question. A business owner begins with the mindset as a boss! I felt a need to go to a Walmart I normally don’t go to. As I was leaving out, an older man beside me spoke & I asked him how he was doing. He said, “Fine, considering, but fine!” I told him I was going to be praying for him. He told me that he has terminal cancer, that he will be seeing GOD soon & he is so in peace. He went on to give me some advice. We ended our meeting with me thanking him & he giving him my number asking him to keep in contact with me. He gave me a hug & thanked me. The key thing that I saw from my encounter was… His focus! He was so focused on his outcome (Going to see GOD)! He wanted to make sure that I was save, so I could see GOD too! In life, the devil wants you to focus on what you’re in, instead of where you’re going. What the devil meant for evil, GOD has turned it for our good. What an inspiration that man was to me! Don’t be in fear of your future, don’t be in fear of the unknown. GOD did not give you the spirit of fear, but of POWER, LOVE & SOUND MIND (SELF CONTROL). Your future may not be known to you, but it is known to GOD! You have no need to worry. GOD will watchfully care & carry you through this season you’re in! GOD’S timing sometimes requires you to be patient, because HE has your best interest at heart. Don’t lose hope because what you want had not happened yet. Ask GOD for patience.
