Daily Devotion for August 3, 2020

My prayer today are for those who are feeling depressed, lost or discouraged. You may be overwhelmed with everything that’s going on with this pandemic as well as the stuff going on in your life. You may be wondering where is God in all of this. 1st of all, God never left you. He’s not trying to punish you, but He is here to comfort you right where you’re at. Also, just because you feel this way does NOT mean that you ain’t Christian. Listen! There are things that can happen in your life that can break you down. If folks will be honest with you, WE ALL (at some point in our lives) have experience what you’re feeling. A death of a loved one, broken heart, health issues, disappointments, betrayals, loss of job or lack of income can really affect you. But the key thing is… GOD BROUGHT US OUT! That same God that did it for us, will do it for you. You are not alone in your situation. We are here with you. Remember, when it rains, it pours, but God got us with you to hold your umbrella when you’re too weak to hold it yourself. Be blessed! #brotherprater
